Jeremy Jacobs has been personal trainer for 15 years. He spent his college years at the College of Charleston, getting a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science, and the University of Tennessee (Knoxville), getting a Master’s of Science in Human Health and Sports Performance concentrating in Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine. He was a College Strength and Conditioning Coach at both of these esteemed schools for 7 years before opening Athlete Development Systems, LLC.

In addition Jeremy has worked at Cenegenics Carolinas as an Exercise and Nutrition Counselor for four years. He has also been an athlete for much of his life and competed as an Olympic weightlifter for 7 years. During this time, he has had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s best. This includes a long list of National level athletes (some in more than one sport, and over multiple age classes), professional fitness models, and even a few Olympic athletes.  He has also worked with thousands of non-athletes, helping them achieve a multitude of goals including: weight loss, increasing muscle mass, improving body composition, increasing bone mineral density, increasing energy and drive, improving mental clarity and even pursue athletic endeavors that they had never considered possible.  In just his 7 years of College strength and conditioning, Jeremy was able to accumulate over 200,000 hours of experience (more than the average personal trainer can accumulate in a life time).  Though this experience, Jeremy has been able to test and fine tune his scientific approach to achieving personal health goals allowing him to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible.
