Community Fitness workouts-update

We have been training for a weeks now in our Community fitness workouts format. Currently we have a few people training at the 6 am and 6:30 am time slots (not bad for only two weeks).  With the weather and the perpetual sogginess of the yards and fields at this time of year, we are training exclusively at my place for now (224 Mayfield Dr.).

For those of you that are toying with the idea of joining us, come try it for the week. If you get a chance to shoot me an e-mail as a heads up, that’s great, otherwise just come on. If you like it at the end of a week, you get a discount on your fist month to give you time to see if you like it.

Our current workouts have been mostly body weight training, battle rope work, sand bag drills, and track drills. As our base of clients grows we will be adding more equipment.

My goal is the have the essentials of a full “crossfit” gym setup in the garage by March 1st to broaden our training even more.
