Don’t forget the good fats!

Omega-3 and omega-9 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory fats, which are part of the basic building blocks for every cell. These healthy fats help you to achieve fitness goals, lean down, or put on muscle.

Together, they will battle the inflammatory effects of exercise and improve your recoverability.

In addition to eating grass-fed meats and wild fish daily, also add olive oil or avocado to every meal.

After a particularly hard workout, adding some olive oil to your shake (or taking an extra dose of fish oil) can also be a great aid.

For those looking to lean down some, a high dose of fish oil can be a great aid, upwards of 20 grams per day can be a tremendous help. For such high doses it is best to use the oil rather than the capsule. This obviously isn’t for the faint at heart, but if you want it bad enough….you’ll do what you need to do.
