Exercise in the Extreme Heat

    As long as you have some muscle mass, etinag healthily will allow your body to naturally (yet more slowly) burn off excess fat. However, what do you think it is easier to sell people? Pricey healthy food that they can just replace with items from the store, or get ripped quick exercise machines for $ 20 a pop? Also (and this is just my opinion) telling people they can still eat most of what they want and they just have to exercise is more appealing than telling them that they have to be very strict about what they eat.

    you do have to eat healthy and exercise to get the best results. But it will not necessarily be slowly. With the right exercise and nutrition, I have seen my clients loose upwards of 30 pounds in 6 weeks, while putting on muscle (obviously this will depend on how much you have to loose). Putting on muscle will not impact this however, contrary to popular belief. Each pound of muscle burns 10 calories per day. It takes a caloric deficit of 500 calories per day to loose a pound of fat per week. So, you would have to put on 50 pounds of muscle to loose a pound per week.
