I am transitioning back into full time training. We are looking to open a gym in the Goose Creek/Summerville area but we are starting with some community workouts in the Brickhope community in Goose Creek. Nearly 18 years of experience in program design for over 5,000 people, from the stay-at-home mom to the Olympic athlete, have taught me how to get you more results with less time and effort required on your part.

 

  • A good trainer helps the typical client get a 3 to 5% reduction in body fat percentage in their first year.
  • Clients that closely adhere to my advice average about a 5 to 6% reduction in body fat in their first year.
  • The Clients that I write workouts for average a 10 to 12% reduction of body fat in their first year.

 

The difference? All three groups make great strides in the first three months, but after that, improvements tend to slow dramatically for the first two groups. The most successful clients tend to be those who I write custom workouts for because I know how get continued  improvements beyond the 3 month mark.

 

Adhering to my advice along with completing your custom workouts will help you continue making significant strides toward your goals, even after the three-month slump!
