My name is Charles McDonald and I have been working with Jeremy now for about a month. I approached him about writing a blog to track my progress for a number of different reasons, and I am excited about contributing to the website.
First, I played basketball at the University of North Carolina during the 2006-07 season training with guys that are currently in the NBA. I felt that I was in unbelievable shape and I even got to the point where I didn’t think it was possible to get tired on the basketball court. I was convinced I had worked out with and been instructed by the best in the business.
After working and going back to school for a couple years, I put on weight from lack of exercise as well as having a poor diet. After trying and failing with other people, I found Jeremy in mid-April. The first day that I met with him, I knew I was in the right place.
After a week of working with Jeremy, I now know I have seen and am working with someone in the absolute top of their field. In college, I had access to professionals that train NBA super-stars, but Jeremy’s extensive knowledge of the body as well as nutrition makes him second to none.
The second week I was training, I was very sore but increased the amount of weight I could do on nearly every exercise by DOUBLE the amount of the first week. To say I was shocked was an understatement. Now in my fourth week, I continue to increase my ability everyday and experience the fastest and best results I have ever had in my life hands down.
